We are the manufacturer, not a packaging reseller: every box is printed, die-cut and glued at our own 3,000 m² factory, running since 1999 with 40 specialists.
A construction sized to your burger
A takeout burger box has to fold in seconds at the counter, stay shut in a delivery bag and hold up to a hot filling. Usually that is a clamshell — lid and base in one blank, closing with a lock, no glue — or a flap-style box sized to the bun. We don’t impose a fixed range of sizes: our in-house structural design team draws the blank for your product, and in a library of 3,000+ cutting dies a matching one may already exist — then you don’t pay for new tooling. A cardboard prototype takes 30 minutes: try the box on your actual burger before the run.
Grease-resistant board
For burgers we use PE-coated board, 280 g/m² — a grease and moisture barrier, critical for fast food. For dry items — GC1 food-grade board, 215–290 g/m². We import materials directly and keep our own stock: stable quality, the optimal sheet format always available, less cutting waste — a lower price with no middleman margin. Board and inks are approved for food contact: sanitary certificate ANSP P-23739/2026, migration 4.3 against the limit of 10 — details on the food packaging certification page.
Runs, lead times, price
Minimum run — 500 pcs. A repeat run takes 3–5 working days; a new order adds one day for the prototype and design approval. Fast food is our regular profile: we have printed packaging for the Star Kebab chain since 2014 — over a hundred orders, from fries boxes to takeaway boxes. We do not publish a fixed price range for burger boxes yet: the price is calculated operation by operation for your construction and quantity.
