How it works

- Give a rating and write a few words: what you ordered, what you liked or what could be better.
- Press “Post”. A Google account is required; the review appears on the listing after Google’s check.
What we do with reviews
- We reply to every review — positive and critical alike.
- Remarks about a specific order are analysed with the technologist: the order’s technical specification is stored in our system, so we know exactly what was done and how, and can correct it in the next run.
- We do not write reviews ourselves and do not buy them: the rating on the listing comes from real clients only.
