Version dated 7 September 2026

We are the Pergament printing house. This page explains what data about you we receive when you use pergament.md, why we need it, and what rights you have. We process personal data in line with the Law of the Republic of Moldova No. 195/2024 on Personal Data Protection and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

1. Who is responsible for your data

The controller is Capatina Print SRL (IDNO 1003600093280).
Address: str. Columna 170/C, Chișinău MD-2004, Republic of Moldova.
Email for any data-related questions: contact@pergament.md.

2. Request forms

When you submit a form on the site (for example, to order a packaging prototype), we receive: your name, company name, email, phone number and the text of your request. We need this data for one thing only — to get back to you and prepare a quote or an order.

Legal basis: pre-contractual steps taken at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR and the corresponding provision of Law 195/2024). No separate consent is needed for this.

We keep form submissions for 3 years after the last contact, then delete them.

3. Cookies and analytics

The site uses Google Analytics 4 (visitor statistics) and a Google Ads tag (advertising performance measurement). They set cookies and collect information about how you use the site.

Legal basis: your consent, given via the cookie banner. Until you click “Accept”, these services do not load and no such cookies are set. You can withdraw consent at any time — use the “Manage cookies” link at the bottom of any page; the full cookie table with lifetimes is there as well.

The recipient of this data is Google LLC (USA). Transfers outside the EEA and Moldova take place under Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) concluded with Google.

The functional cookie pll_language only remembers your chosen site language. It contains no personal data and requires no consent.

4. Server logs

Like any website, our server automatically records technical logs: IP address, request time, page address, browser type. We use them solely to protect against attacks and to diagnose failures. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Logs are kept by the hosting provider for a limited time and are overwritten automatically.

5. Who we share data with

  • Google LLC — analytics and advertising data only, and only with your consent (section 3);
  • our hosting provider — technically stores the site and its database.

No one else. We do not sell your data or pass it to third parties for their own purposes.

6. How long we keep data

DataPeriod
Form submissions3 years after the last contact
Cookiesfrom session-only up to 2 years — exact lifetimes in the banner’s cookie table

7. Your rights

Under Law 195/2024 and the GDPR you have the right to:

  • know what data we hold about you and receive a copy;
  • have inaccurate data corrected;
  • have your data erased;
  • restrict processing or object to it;
  • receive your data in a machine-readable format (portability);
  • withdraw consent — at any time, no explanation needed; processing carried out before withdrawal remains lawful.

Write to contact@pergament.md — we will reply within one month at the latest.

If you believe we are handling your data improperly, you may lodge a complaint with the National Center for Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Moldova (CNPDCP): datepersonale.md. We would appreciate it if you wrote to us first, though — we will almost certainly resolve the matter faster.
