We are the manufacturer, not a reseller: your takeaway packaging is printed and die-cut at our own 3,000 m² factory (since 1999, 40 specialists); a repeat run ships in 3–5 working days, a new order takes one extra day for the prototype and approval.

Hot and liquid: leak-proof eco containers
The biggest delivery risk is food that arrives cold or leaks on the way. Our eco containers with PET lids are leak-proof, hold food hot straight from the oven and off the stove and, unlike styrofoam, do not burn through; there is a compartment sauce tray as well.
Case study: the Star Kebab baby box
We have worked with the Star Kebab chain since 2014 — 103 orders. Their 210×125×110 mm baby box, the chain’s standard delivery pack, has already been through 6 runs of 3,000–5,000 pcs each: a repeat run starts without re-engineering, because the die, the layout and the colour proof are already in our production system.
Dark kitchens and delivery services
For a dark kitchen, packaging is the brand’s only physical meeting with the customer: the guest never sees the kitchen, but sees the box with every order. We import materials directly and keep our own warehouse: food-grade GC1 board of 215–290 gsm, 280 gsm PE-coated board (a grease- and moisture-resistant barrier — critical for fast food), and lamination films in matte, gloss and soft-touch. With a long-term contract and planned purchasing the price goes down: we pre-buy material in the optimal sheet format — less waste, and no middleman margin. We print with food-safe inks; the ANSP sanitary certificate is valid until 2029 (migration 4.3 against a limit of 10) — documents on the food packaging certification page.

500 pcs. You can try the packaging on your dish without a run: a cardboard prototype in 30 minutes — a physical sample before anything goes to print.

Will the box survive the ride in a courier’s thermal bag?
Yes: for delivery we use 280 gsm PE-coated food-grade board — a grease- and moisture-resistant barrier, so the box does not soak through with grease or sauce. For liquid and hot dishes there are leak-proof eco containers with PET lids.
Can you make a combo box for our menu?
Yes, that is our normal mode: our engineering team designs the structure around the contents of your order, and among 3,000+ existing cutting dies a matching one may already be there — then you do not pay for a new die. A prototype takes 30 minutes.
We are a dark kitchen with several brands — how does that work?
We print runs from 500 pcs per brand: the box structure can be shared — one cutting die serves all the brands, only the print changes. With planned purchasing on a long-term contract the price goes down: we pre-buy the board for your runs in the optimal sheet format — less waste, and no middleman margin.
